Here is the Red band Trailer for the upcoming MacGruber movie. I am really looking forward to this one and the trailer makes me think I won’t be disappointed.

It is that time of the year again. Time for all of us grumpy bastards to spread a little joy and good cheer. So I want to take this opportunity to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas! My Christmas game this year is Dragon Age Origins and I look forward to getting sucked into a grand adventure. I don’t know what your Christmas traditions are, but I hope you get to keep to them this year and have as much fun as I plan to. Enjoy!

A movie recommended to me for a while now is The Boondock Saints and tonight I finally got around to seeing it. I only had two problems with this movie. The first and strangest is that Willem Dafoe’s character really creeped me out. I actually find it funny how weird he was. That I could easily get passed though. The other issue is that it never seemed to fully draw me in and I never really got emotionally involved in the story. Get passed all this and I found a very good movie underneath. This film has some great iconic moments and images that will stay with me forever. I am truly glad I got around to seeing this one.

I finally got around to seeing the much talked about movie The Wrestler. I have to say right off the bat that I expected better. It is a wonderful little movie with brilliant performances by the whole cast, but it was just average. The Wrestler is the story of one mans life when it takes a rather downward turn after a heart attack. He has to then struggle to find his place in a world where he can’t wrestle. Although it does give a nice behind the scenes to the whole wrestling culture, the movie does not rely on you being a fan. I am not a fan and still enjoyed the movie well enough. Bottom line is its a very decent film, but I found it lacking anything to truly draw me in.
